The company’s policy in the field of quality is expressed by the Management’s full commitment to the maximum possible satisfaction of its customers’ needs for the specialized services offered.

The heads of all the company’s departments have undertaken the obligation to strictly implement the Quality Management Procedures throughout their area of responsibility. Their main concern is to make all staff aware of quality issues with continuous efforts to improve the Quality Management System as well as the efficiency & safety of their work through effective utilization of people, machines and materials.

The basic quality policy on the basis of which all actions of the company YOLDASI Bros. are planned is summarized in the following:

 

  • To effectively implement and continuously improve its Quality System, in accordance with national and Community legislation, and to communicate data and information on its environmental performance to relevant stakeholders, partners and the community.
  • Satisfying customer requirements in terms of the quality of the services provided, addressing, on the basis of documented procedures, timely and valid complaints or objections.
  • The continuous training of all the company’s staff on issues related to the effective operation of the Quality Management System on the one hand and the awareness of the staff on quality issues on the other.
  • The establishment on an annual basis of specific, measurable and achievable targets, the implementation of which is a commitment for the company and an obligation for the staff.
  • To minimise risks and protect employees and the community in which it operates by adopting safe operating methods and procedures, both for normal operations and for emergencies.
  • To increase recycling within waste management processes, to ensure responsible use of energy and water and to take into account health, safety and environmental factors when planning operations and making decisions
  • The availability of the necessary resources to implement the organisation’s policy and the objectives and targets set by management to support that policy.
  • Enhancing the skills and competences of workers, the self-employed, the unemployed and vulnerable groups and facilitating the integration of human resources into employment and the labour market
  • The philosophy of the staff is to provide customers with services that fully comply with their stated requirements, with the specifications set by the company itself as well as with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Provides the necessary resources for the smooth and effective operation of each of its departments
  • It continuously reviews and improves the characteristics of its services, as well as the effectiveness of its Processes and, by extension, of the entire EMS
  • Recognise and fully comply with the Environmental Legislation governing each activity carried out by the company.

  • Recognise the Environmental Impacts arising from the Environmental Aspects and take the necessary measures to minimise them.
  • Set clear, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound Goals and Objectives, and take any action required to achieve them.
